YOGA CLASSES

Kristina, a certified teacher from the French Institute of Yoga, offers classes that focus on adapting to each individual and fostering autonomy in practice.

Trained by Peter Hersnack, she co-manages the website ART OF YOGA – Peter Hersnack, dedicated to transmitting his rich teaching, where:

the body grounds itself on the earth to find stability and postural freedom
the breath opens inner spaces of depth
the mind connects with the body and breath to be present with what is

Kristina is delighted to share with you this art of yoga, accessible to everyone, whatever your level of experience.

€12 per group class
€100 for a 10-class pass (group classes)
€190 per year for one weekly group class (excluding school holidays)
€55 per private class
€100 for a 2-class private pass
€20/year membership to IFY
